The Master in Global Leadership and Geopolitics at Kozminski University in Warsaw is a Master's programme (second-cycle, 2 years), taught in English in full-time mode. It is for graduates who want to combine strategic management, geopolitics and risk management, and to prepare for leadership in a world shaped by geopolitical risk and regulatory volatility.
The programme rests on four pillars – Leadership and Diplomacy, Strategy, Geopolitics and Risk Analysis – and includes, among others:
Global Affairs and Strategic Diplomacy focuses on political processes, international competition and the role of global organisations. It prepares you for work in international security, foreign policy and strategic analysis – in the public sector, think tanks or international organisations.
International Business and Corporate Diplomacy covers relations between companies and states, and managing regulatory and geopolitical risk in international business.
In the Game-Based Lab you play decision-making and simulation games, and in the Project-Based Studio you work on real-world strategic challenges – practising analysis, negotiation and decision-making.
A compulsory internship is part of the fourth semester. It gives you hands-on professional experience and industry contacts, and lets you test your analytical and leadership skills before the master's thesis defence.
Kozminski is a member of the Global Network for Advanced Management (GNAM), a consortium of business schools coordinated by Yale University, so you can join programmes and initiatives run jointly with partner schools worldwide.
