Tired teams, rising stress and quiet burnout are no longer topics for HR leaflets only. The Warsaw Academy of Medical and Technical Sciences (WAMT) runs a one-year postgraduate programme, Well-being and health at work, which looks at the workplace through psychology, philosophy, physical health and management. It is designed for people who want to make work healthier for others and for themselves — and at the end you can check whether this path really fits your professional plans.

The postgraduate studies in Well-being and Health at Work at WSIiZ in Warsaw address the growing awareness of how mental health significantly impacts quality of life. Developed under the patronage of the Life Balance Foundation, this program responds to the pressing need for mental health education and support, particularly as issues like depression increasingly affect students and professionals.
