Innovation Management at the Poznań University of Economics and Business (PUEB) is a Master's (second-cycle) programme taught in English. It is for those who want to manage innovation from generating an idea, through defining and commercialising a product, to the controlling phase – with a strong focus on the Internet as the environment for new market solutions.
The programme is built on three groups of subjects:
Some courses take place in two laboratories designed specially for the programme: ShopLab (Eye-tracking Research Laboratory) and ConsumerLab (Internet Consumer Behaviour Laboratory). You work there with up-to-date technology and software. This is where you look for answers to practical questions – what users think of a website, how to monitor an Internet strategy or how to arrange the commercial space in a store.
You learn to prepare a financial plan for an innovative venture, including ways of financing it, to conduct market research using advanced data analysis techniques, and to create eco-innovations.
Graduates are prepared to work in international organisations of different scale – from small start-ups to large corporations – in digital marketing, e-commerce, research and development, product, brand or project management, or to run their own business based on Internet technologies.
