What sets this path apart is the aesthetic perspective. You learn to assess a client's aesthetic needs and select the right procedure to restore the desired appearance. You also design treatment procedures that help maintain the effects of procedures performed by other specialists – so your work can complement theirs.
Graduates can work in cosmetic parlours and wellness and spa salons, in cosmetic companies (distribution and sales, training and quality control), in laboratories testing the effectiveness of cosmetic products, in cosmetology schools and in editorial offices of professional magazines on cosmetology and cosmetics.
