The Project Management specialisation on the Management and Leadership programme at SWPS University is chosen after the first year of the three-year bachelor's degree. It is meant for people who want to become successful project managers.
In this specialisation you learn to:
In the first semester of the third year you confirm your specialisation and complete a business internship, gaining on-the-job experience, and the programme closes with a graduation portfolio of the projects you have completed instead of a customary bachelor's thesis.
A project manager coordinates projects and manages teams and budgets using agile and Scrum methodology, which is exactly the working style this specialisation trains. The skills also fit related roles such as Product Owner, who guides product development so that it meets both user needs and company goals, and Agile Coach, who helps organisations build a culture of collaboration, flexibility and continuous improvement.
